The walk proved the seven-part key duplicate-free across all 123,831,691 rows, found the provider's garbage (period ends in the year 6016 — really), and tagged every flaw with a signed screen instead of a quiet fix. Restatements are never averaged away: the filing date is the truth-clock, so you get each number as it was known, not as it was corrected later.
